RESERVATIONS / DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour price is payable within 72 hours of confirmation of a reservation, the balance owing must be paid 8 weeks prior or at the time of booking if less than 8 weeks prior to departure. Loumont Tours cannot confirm bookings until written proof of the deposit is received and reserves the right to cancel any reservation for which the total price has not been paid by the due date in which event the deposit will be forfeited. Loumont Tours guarantees the price of land arrangements once full payment is received.

PAYMENT METHOD
All moneys are to be paid either through e-commerce, credit card or deposited directly into
our bank account. As it takes 4-5 working days to reflect in our bank, please fax a copy of
the deposit slip immediately. Receipt of deposit will not be verified until written proof is received.

TOUR PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Tour prices quoted are subject to adjustment prior to full payment in the event of changes in

Value Added Tax, fuel prices, hotel changes or exchange control fluctuations.

TOUR CHANGES OR ADJUSTMENTS
Loumont Tours reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary and the right is
reserved to cancel any tour prior to departure.

CANCELLATION NOTICE
Cancellations due to any reason are only effective on receipt of written notification and in such
instances, from time of booking up to 8 weeks prior to departure the full deposit is forfeited.
If the cancellation is made 8 weeks or less to departure date, the following charges will apply:
- 8-6 weeks prior to the departure, 50 % of the tour cost will be forfeited
- 6-4 weeks or less prior to departure, 75% of the tour cost will be forfeited
- 4 weeks or less prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost will be forfeited
- No-shows, 100% of the tour cost will be forfeited.

TRIP CANCELLATION / MEDICAL INSURANCE
Visitors are strongly advised to take out adequate insurance against all possible risks including medical care, personal injury, death, baggage loss, theft and cancellation or curtailment of tour.

VISAS & VACCINATIONS
Visa and immunization requirements vary from country to country and up-to date information
should be obtained from your local health department and consulate. It is the responsibility of
the visitor to ensure that they have a valid passport and the correct visas and that they have
the required vaccinations to gain entry to any country, which they are intending to visit.


HEALTH & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
It is highly recommended that travelers check health regulations with their General Practitioner well in advance of departure. It is the responsibility of the client to inform Loumont Tours, at the time of booking in writing, of any special dietary requirements.
Loumont Tours will endeavor to comply with these special requests but however cannot
guarantee that they will be met.

NOT INCLUDED IN PRICES (UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN SPECIAL PACKAGES)
Prices do not include airline tickets and all relevant traveling costs related to flying to and from South Africa. Other exclusions: cost of obtaining visas and passports, cost of inoculations,
telephone calls, laundry, entertainment arrangements not specified in the itinerary, meals and
beverages not specified, golf club hire, cart or car hire fees, caddies, soft spikes fees,
gratuities and any other items of a personal nature.


RESPONSIBILITY

Loumont Tours assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, war insurrection, revolt, or other civil uprising, other military action, strikes or any Act of God occurring in either the country of origin, destination or through passage, or for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts or default of any company or persons engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out arrangement of the tour. All such losses or expenses will be the responsibility of the member of the tour. Loumont Tours may not be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage to luggage, hired vehicles, hired sport equipment or other items or personal effects during the tour program. Once deposit is made all of the above conditions will be deemed as accepted by the client/s.

DISCLOSURE
Please be aware that during your participation in this tour certain risks and dangers may arise
including but not limited to the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas, travel by boat, train,
automobile, aircraft or other means of conveyance, the forces of nature, political unrest and
accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities.
Also be aware and clearly understand that Loumont Tours will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. It is understood that Loumont Tours will use their best efforts to ensure that all adequate measures are taken to avoid such occurrences. By acceptance and payment of the tour, you are a voluntary participant in these activities with the knowledge of the dangers involved and hereby agree to
accept any risks.


As lawful consideration for the agreement with Loumont Tours to participate in such trips and
activities, you hereby agree that you will not make a claim against Loumont Tours and its employees or Agents, for all claim actions and demands you may have for bodily injury, death or property damage arising from your participation in a tour.


Acceptance of the Tour Contract will serve as the release of Liability and Assumption of Risk
Agreement. This agreement is binding on your heirs, legal representative and assigns. If any
portion is unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
